Directions: Add 3-7 drops directly onto the tongue. Alternatively add to a glass or bottle of water for sipping. Use as and when you wish to invite this energy into your day.

I am using this essence for my son. I just put some drops in his water a few times a day for the last few days. Did not say anything to my son as i wanted to observe. He was relaxed, calmer and more loving. He is often very demanding, but is kind hearted and loving. His teen years he is more defiant, self focused! my husband had noticed the positive attitude he had so he (my husband) added 10 drops to a glass of water earlier today and again we noticed this relaxed, calmer child. so we will continue with this bottle. I am a believer, and a fan!
