Please complete our application form below which we will review and determine if you qualify for a practitioner or trade account.
Trade customers must place orders to the minimum value of £200 per order. We reserve the right to convert accounts if the minimum order value is not reached.
If any practitioner or trade accounts are not used within 12 months, we automatically revert them back to retail and you will need to re-apply.
