Part 1 Course Description:

Discover the Findhorn Combination Essences! Learn about commonly shared life issues and how to support them with essences. Learn about the Mind-Body connection, Energy Bodies and 7 Chakras System for holistic healing, and more!

• Part 1 Guide: Live Online Classes on Zoom.
• Beginners Level – Guiding Family & Friends
• Meeting UK time every Saturday x 10 weeks
• Time: 1 hour Live zoom class weekly with group and pair interaction and exercises!
• 1 hour weekly home study with essence taking and journal writing required
• Time of Class: 10.30 – 11.30am UK Time ONLINE

This Part 1 training gave me a broad understanding of the combination  essences and how they relate to the chakras. I also noticed how I chose  combinations where the same essences were repeated. This brought to light  some key issues and feelings to work through and become aware of more deeply.
